Clinton County Court to hold memorial service for John (JB) Frazier
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller has announced that the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas will hold a memorial service on Thursday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m., honoring late city resident and long-time public servant, John B. (JB) Frazier, who passed away November 20, 2020 at the age of 80.
JB Frazier, a 1958 graduate of Lock Haven High School, and veteran of the United States Marine Corps, was appointed in 1986 to the Magisterial District Court 25-3-01 serving Lock Haven and surrounding municipalities. He was then elected to two full terms, ending in the year 2000.
In retirement, JB became a Tipstaff for the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas in 2009, continuing until his untimely death. In all, JB Frazier dedicated 25 years to the court system of Clinton County.
Judge Miller invites any interested persons to join him and Judge Michael F. Salisbury along with retired Clinton County President Judges Richard N. Saxton, Jr. and J. Michael Williamson in Courtroom number 1 of the Clinton County Courthouse to celebrate the life of whom Judge Miller called “a truly inspiring man.”
