Nine new COVID cases in Clinton County

HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Monday reported 3,150 new COVID-19 cases across the state, the sixth day in a row that number has exceeded 3,000, but some 2,000 less than the number reported on Sunday.

In Clinton County nine new cases were reported on Monday, bringing the total to 4,030. Centre County saw an increase of 20 to 18,410, while Lycoming County increased by 59 to 13,245.

There are 2,239 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19 statewide, up 56 from Sunday. Of that number, 551 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19, up 16 from Sunday. 287 were on ventilators, up seven from the previous day. .

Two new deaths were reported by the state; the death count in Clinton County remained at 69 through Sunday.
