Paving Project in South Renovo

SOUTH RENOVO – HRI Inc. of State College has started the long awaited paving project in South Renovo.  It’s been a busy summer for paving projects and road work.  Work in the Borough began on Tuesday on Susquehanna Avenue.  In June HRI Inc. was awarded the joint paving projects for Chapman, Noyes Townships and South Renovo Borough with the lowest bid of $377,750.  Borough Council obtained a loan from USDA in the amount of $140,000 to complete their portion of the street paving projects.
