WAYNE TOWNSHIP – Clinton County has another business park and that new venture just south of McElhattan has its first two tenants.

The new Pioneer Park is owned by Wayne Township-based Big Woods Land Company and the first two occupants will be the Tri M Group and Range Resources, both relocating from previously existing sites.

Big Woods partner Jim Maguire Jr. said Tri M has purchased six acres and the site will see fall development. The Kennett Square-based company, an electrical service provider, presently operates locally from Prospect Street in Lock Haven.

Range Resources has purchased five acres and plans a field office and small warehouse, starting with 20 employees and expanding, Maguire said. The natural gas-related company now has a temporary location in Lycoming County.

Maguire said the 60 acre park has 28 acres presently zoned commercial and the site has water, sewer and natural gas access. He said five lots, ranging in size from two to three and a half acres, are available.
