Wildcat tennis downs Shik, 5-0

SUNBURY, PA – The Central Mountain boys’ tennis team earned a 5-0 win at Shikellamy on Monday, taking all three singles in straight sets and picking up forfeits in both doubles. Coach Pete Wart’s team is now 11-4 on the season.

Next up is the District 6 singles tournament in Altoona on Tuesday. Each of the seven teams can enter two players each. Central Mountain freshman David Lindsay is in line for a high seed, based on his outstanding season thus far.

The Wildcats will finish the week at Williamsport on Thursday.
