COVID-19 Update: Clinton Jumps a Record 36; Centre, Up 93; Lyco, Up 47
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Wednesday showed that as of 12:00 a.m., November 25, that there were 6,759 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 327,829.
There were 144 new deaths, the highest one day amount to date, reported on Wednesday for a total of 10,095 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 36 to 589 (the biggest increase in the county in one day to date); Centre County, up 93 to 5,968; Lycoming up 47 to 1,840. Other area counties include Cameron, 23; Clearfield, 1,368; Potter, 177; and Union, 1,456.
There were 6,050 Clinton County residents with negative test results, an increase of 53 from Tuesday.
