YMCA Gymnastics Showcase Set for Live Streaming Friday

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Lock Haven Branch YMCA Gymnastics Team is hosting its annual gymnastics showcase Friday, Nov. 13 at 5 p.m. at the Lock Haven YMCA on E. Water Street in Lock Haven. The event will be live-streamed on the Lock Haven YMCA’s Facebook page.

Gymnasts from all three teams will perform on all four pieces of equipment. The team is made up of several veterans including Senior Co-Captains Harleigh Andrews and Tatum Malone. This event is a kick-off to its Allegheny Mountain Gymnastics League season. The team’s first home meet is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 12 at 9:30 a.m. and is hosting this season’s AMGL championships at Lock Haven University’s East Campus Gymnasium on Feb. 13, 2021.

Head Coach Becky Conklin said, “We are hoping by the end of the season that we will be able to welcome the public to our events; however, we are planning to live-stream all our home meets for those who cannot attend.”
