HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health Tuesday confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., Nov. 10, that there were 4,361 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 238,657. The additional positive cases mark the highest one-day total to date. There are 9,086 total deaths attributed to COVID-19, an increase of 62 new deaths reported, the highest in months.

Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 11 to 342; Centre County, up 34 to 4,713; Lycoming up 10 to 1,127. Other area counties include Cameron, 15; Clearfield, 632; Potter, 82; and Union, 858.

There were 5,394 Clinton County residents with negative test results, an increase of 36 from Monday.
