City Imposes More Shutdowns in Wake of COVID Spike
LOCK HAVEN, PA – In the wake of a Monday spike of 12 new COVID-19 cases in Clinton County, Lock Haven government late Monday announced additional prohibitions related to the use of city facilities.
The social media announcement from City Hall:
Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 infections within the city, the following restrictions will be set into place effective tomorrow and lasting at least 14 days (dependent on the 14-day incidence rate):
All public ball fields in city-owned parks will be closed
There will be a moratorium on city-owned property for gatherings and events
No outdoor entertainment will be permitted in the Pedestrian Mall (the stage will not be placed)

The city’s Friday/Saturday pedestrian mall is scheduled to run through the end of October. One Lock Haven restaurant, the Texas Restaurant, had announced a special musical event for Friday evening, Sept. 25.
