Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton to 45, Centre at 132, Lyco Stays at 149

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Tuesday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 19, that there are an additional 610 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 63,666. The department also reported a new death total of 4,624, an increase of 119 from Monday.

Clinton County cases advanced one to 45, Centre County show a drop of one to 132 and Lycoming County stayed at 149. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 33; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, showing a drop of one, to 50. No explanations were provided for counties which showed a drop in their cases.

There are 286,034 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 444 in Clinton County, an increase of four from Monday.
