Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton Holds at 44, Centre to 133, Lyco to 149
HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Monday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 18, that there are an additional 822 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 63,056. The department also reported a new death total of 4,505, an increase of 87 from Sunday.
Clinton County cases stayed at 44, Centre County went up two to 133 and Lycoming County moved up two to 149. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 33; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, up four to 51.
There are 277.553 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 440 in Clinton County.
