Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton Stays at 41, Centre to 126; Lyco to 139

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Wednesday update, confirmed as of 12:00 p.m., May 13, that there are an additional 707 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 58,698. The department also reported a new death total of 3,943, an increase of 137 from Tuesday.

Clinton County cases remained at 41 and Centre County increased four to 126; Lycoming went up seven to 139. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 31; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, at 42.

There are 244,171 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 370 in Clinton County. The Clinton County test numbers are still less than one percent of the county population.
