Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton to 35; Centre County to 116; Lyco to 99

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Thursday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 7, that there are an additional 1070 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 52,915. The department also reported a new death total of 3,416, an increase of 310 from Wednesday.

Clinton County cases moved up one to 35, Lycoming up nine to 99 and Centre County up three to 116. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 22; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, at 40.

There are 209,873 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 310 in Clinton County.
