Clinton COVID-19 Cases up One to 32; Centre County Holds at 96; Lyco up Three to 71
HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Friday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 1, that there are an additional 1,208 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 46,971. The department also reported a new death total of 2,354, an increase of 62 from Thursday.
Clinton County cases moved up one to 32, Lycoming up three to 71 and Centre County stayed at 96. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 16; Cameron, 1; Potter, 4; and Union, at 37.
There are 180,477 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 242 in Clinton County, an increase of only four new test results from Thursday..
