Clinton COVID-19 Cases Bump from One to Three

HARRISBURG – Coronavirus numbers from the state Health Department show that Clinton County now has three confirmed COVID-19 cases, an increase of two from Sunday. Other mid-state counties remained for the most part stable: Lycoming increasing to 10 and Centre County increasing from 43 to 44.

Other counties adjacent to Clinton are: Potter, 3; Clearfield, 7; Cameron, 1; and Union 6. All those numbers are unchanged from Sunday, except for Union County which increased by one.

Statewide, the number of cases increased by 1,470 to 12,980. Deaths attributed to the virus moved from 150 to 162, an increase of 12. Statewide negative tests amount to 70,874.
Elk and Jefferson counties are the only two of the state’s 67 counties without a confirmed case.
