From Ghouls and Goblins to Munchkins, Lock Haven Halloween Parade 2019
LOCK HAVEN –If you’re into Halloween, there was something for everyone Saturday morning in downtown Lock Haven, the city fire department sponsoring its annual Halloween parade.
The parade line was long, the public turnout was large and the weather was perfect. Parade participants then retreated to the Hope Hose Fire Company on E. Church Street for treats.
The annual parade was part of an ever-growing number of Halloween-themed events across Clinton County through Halloween, this coming Thursday, Oct. 31.
Many county municipalities have established uniform trick-or-treat hours for Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. They are: Avis Borough, Beech Creek Borough, Castanea Township, Chapman Township, Flemington Borough, Gallagher Township, Lamar Township, City of Lock Haven, Loganton Borough, Mill Hall Borough, Renovo & South Renovo Boroughs and Woodward Township.
