Lady Wildcat Soccer Falls to Hollidaysburg, 3-0
HOLLIDAYSBURG – It was another long tough night on the pitch for the Central Mountain girls’ soccer team as they fell to Hollidaysburg, 3-0.
The Lady Golden Tigers kept solid pressure on CM, scoring 2 goals in the first period then adding an insurance goal in the second stanza. Hollidaysburg held a decisive edge in shots on gaol, 17-5 with Avery Baker recording 3 shots and Amelia McCloy add ing 2 more shots for the Lady ‘Cats.
Riley Swortwood stood tall in front of the Central Mountain goal recording 17 saves on the night.
Next up for the Lady Wildcats is a home contest with Montoursville on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019.
