Same Smiling Faces, Different Bank Name

As of Monday of this week, what had been three Santander Bank offices in Clinton County have become part of the Indiana, PA-based First Commonwealth Bank. The First Commonwealth purchase had been announced in late April. In all, 14 mid-state offices have switched ownership, including those in Renovo, Lock Haven and Beech Creek. In addition to the Clinton County purchases, the transaction expands First Commonwealth’s presence into the markets of State College, Williamsport and Lewisburg.
