LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Lock Haven University head volleyball coach Shannon Gerencir has announced her resignation from LHU after three seasons as the head coach.

“I can’t thank my players and the fans of the LHU volleyball program enough for their hard work and unrivaled support of me during my time at The Haven. It means the world to me and my family, and I could not done it without them,” said Gerencir.
Gerencir is a 1993 graduate of the University of Charleston, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in biology. She had been hired by LHU in July of 2016 to replace Dan Kreiger who had coached LHU to an 88-49 record over the previous four years.
