Wildcats Advance to D6 Final

cm-baseballLEWISTOWN – Central mountain rode a route-going performance from junior right-hander Caleb Stover to a 4-2 semi-final playoff win at Mifflin County Thursday, May 22, 2014.

Seyler was solid on the mound throughout, giving up seven hits, including just three hits over the final five innings. He struck out five and did not issue a walk.

The Wildcats move to the District 6 final Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Blair County Ball Park in Altoona against State College at 4 p.m. State edged Altoo a, 5-4, in the other semifinal.

CM was tied was 2-2 with the Huskies in the fourth inning when the Wildcats scored twice, once on a bloop single from Cayden Stover and next on a single from Zach Skrtich.
