Bucks Smack Tigers 22-6

bucks-baseballGALETON – The Bucks traveled north to take on the Tigers returning home with a 22-6 five-inning win.

Leading the offensive onslaught was Chuck Probst going 3-4 at the plate that included a solo home run, a triple and a single and Tonly Saltsman man added a two-run home run and two doubles that drove in five more runs. Derrick Long had three singles for the Bucks.

Defensively, Saltsman, Long and Collin Burrows all shared time on the mound for Bucktail while Kevin Probst and Ryan Prebble shared duties behind the plate.

The win gives Bucktail an 8-3 record for the season.

Next up for the Bucks is a home game with host Columbia-Montour Vo-Tech on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 in Farwell for senior night. The first pitch is slated for 4:30 p.m.
