LOCK HAVEN – Clinton County Senior Judge J. Michael Williamson had his official portrait unveiling Monday. Williamson, a county judge from 1994 through 2012, moved to senior status last year and continues to serve in that capacity. He was lauded by the county’s current President Judge Craig Miller for his service to the court and the community. Miller noted Williamson served as district attorney from 1972 to 1979 and was active in numerous community activities, including his role in attracting First Quality Products to Clinton County 25 years ago.
