Robert C. Adrian – Obituary

Robert C. “Bob” Adrian, 76, of 44 Roberts Lane, Waterville, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Geisinger Medical Center.

Born on June 20, 1937 in Jersey Shore, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Grace Brooks Adrian.

Bob was a 1955 graduate of Lock Haven High School.

He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict.

Bob was the Avis Borough Manager as well as a heavy equipment operator.

He was a life member of the Marine Corp League and a Past President of the Beagle Club.  He was also a member of the Street Thunder Club and the North American Hunting Club.

Bob loved the outdoors, especially hunting and trapping.

Bob is survived by a brother, Kenneth Adrian of Charleton.

He was preceded in death by three brothers: Albert, James, and John; and a sister, Bonnie Jones.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington with Rev. Alan Eckenroad officiating.  Military Honors will follow.  Private burial will be at the Woolrich Cemetery.
