Wildcats Crush Midd-West 15-0

cm-baseballMIDDLEBURG – Central Mountain (2-1) found plenty of offense to rack up 15 unanswered runs to romp to a 15-0 white-wash over Midd-West (0-1).

The Wildcats opened up the game by plating 8 runs in the first inning taking advantage four walks and singles from Talon Falls (RBI), Cole Reeder and Toner Corl (RBI) and a 3-RBI double from Asher Corl.

Then CM scored 6 more runs in the second inning with at hit batsman, three walks and singles from Falls (RBI), Wyatt Koch (RBI), and Isaac Porter.

In the third inning Central Mountain added another run on a RBI single from Bobby George scoring Austin Carson who singled earlier in the inning.

Defensively, Cole Reeder kept the Mustangs at bay giving up only 1 hit while striking out two in the mercy rule shortened game.

Next up, the Wildcats will host Shikellamy, Monday April 4 at 4:30 p.m. at Mill Hall Park.
