Alice Faye Sweats – Obituary
RENOVO – Alice Faye Sweats, 73, 350 Huron Ave., Renovo, PA died Oct 27, 2015 in the Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo, PA. Born Aug. 15, 1942 in Renovo, PA she
was the daughter of the late Edward C. & Myrtle J. Johnson Pelton. Her husband Charles Sweats died in 1995.
Alice was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church, Renovo, PA. She had been a cook at the Chef Restaurant, Huntsville, TX and she enjoyed helping her neighbors
by assisting them with their housekeeping chores.
She is survived by five Sons: Richard L. & Ralph W. Toot, both of CT; George E.Toot, San Antonio, TX; Bruce C. Toot, TX and Gene L. Toot. One Daughter: Anita F. Lex, AL, one Brother: Richard Pelton, Lock Haven, PA, two Sisters: Mary Morton, Renovo, PA and Ada Probst, S. Renovo, PA.
She is also survived by a special nephew Frank Morton, other nieces & nephews and two special friends, Martha Sykes and Kevin Rauch.
A Memorial service honoring the memory of Alice Faye Sweats was held Wed., Nov. 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the First United Methodist Church, 7th St., Renovo, PA with her pastor, Doug Conway officiating. Friends were received in the church one hour prior to services. Interment, North Bend Cemetery, North Bend, PA.
