Route 220 – Auction Rd Project Continues
MACKEYVILLE —PennDOT says the delayed installation of bridge beams may come late this week or early next week at its Route 220/Auction Road project in Lamar Township.
The highway agency warns motorists they should expect significant travel delays on Fairground Road between Route 220 and the entrance to the Clinton County Fairgrounds while the beam installation is carried out. When the project’s $12.4 million phase two is completed, the bridge will carry Route 220 over the Fairground Road/Auction Road intersection. Project contractor is HRI, Inc. of State College.
