Holy Spirit Parish Fair Opens July 23

LOCK HAVEN – Lock Haven’s Catholic community is preparing for the Fourth Annual Holy Spirit Parish Fair, to be held Thursday through Saturday, July 23, 24 and 25, 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the St. Agnes church grounds on East Walnut Street just off the 220 exit. This event is one of the major fund raising events for the parish.

A variety of delicious fair foods, as well as homemade candy and baked goods will be available. The food booths will open at 5 pm and include pierogies, halushki, hot dogs, a variety of sandwiches and more. Tables and chairs will be provided.

The fair offers games for all ages. Used books, jewelry and theme baskets will be among the featured booths. Booths open at 6 pm. Live entertainment will be provided nightly by “Snug” on Thursday, “Dixieland” on Friday and “Loose Cannons” on Saturday. The bands will play from 6 pm to 9 pm.

A Mass of Thanksgiving will be held at 4 pm on Saturday at St. Agnes Church. In case of a washout on one or more days of the Fair, please join us on Sunday, July 26th for a make-up date, noon to 6 pm.
