Clinton County Flea and Farmers Market a Go
Road Construction Does Not Deter Local Growers
MACKEYVILLE — The Clinton County Flea and Farmers Market is open for business as usual each and every Tuesday, despite a massive rebuild of the nearby Route 220 – Fairgrounds Road/Auction Road intersection.
The market is in its fourth year at the Clinton County Fairgrounds and fair officials want the public to be aware there is access to the market from either Route 220 or Fairgrounds Road from Mackeyville. While Fairgrounds Road in front of the fairgrounds site is being rebuilt to remove the “hump” in the roadway, the project contractor has provided for access to the market.
The market is open each Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through September, the lone exception fair week in August.
