Mill Hall Borough Police Department News

MILL HALL— On February 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., a complaint was reported to Mill Hall Police regarding a male caught on video masturbating in the common area of Meadows Edge Apartments in the 600 Block of Girard Street in Mill Hall. The investigation identified the suspect as Henry Kareem Franklin from the Mill Hall area. 

An arrest warrant was obtained for him on charges of Indecent Exposure (M2), Disorderly Conduct (M3), and Defiant Trespass (M3). Franklin was taken into custody without incident in the 300 block of Hogan Blvd and placed in the Clinton County Correction facility. Charges were filed through District Court 25-3-02, and the investigation is continuing. Franklin’s bail is set at $50,000 monetary by Judge Wright.
