Obituary – Harriet A. Walker

Harriet A. Walker, 90 of Mill Hall passed away on Monday, December 30th, 2024, at Haven Place Skilled Nursing in Lock Haven where she had been a resident.

Harriet was born on July 19, 1934 in Lock Haven to the late Ralph and Angeline (Donato) Condor. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School. She had been a member of the St. Agnes catholic church all her life and was past president of the Alpine Star Lodge. Harriet had worked for over sixteen years at the Lock Haven CVS and had been a member of the Women’s Bowling League at the Clinton Lanes.

She is survived by a daughter, Annette M. (Scott) Shoemaker; three sons, Thomas L. (Linda) Walker, Jr., Anthony R. (Michelle) Walker, Joseph H. (Marsha) Walker, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Walker, Sr. who passed away November 8, 2008 and her infant son, David Walker who passed away in 1961.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025,11:30 a.m. in the Holy Spirit Parish, St. Agnes, 3 E. Walnut St. Lock Haven, PA 17745 with Father Joseph Orr officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Agnes Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received in the Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 320 Main St. Mill Hall, Pa 17751 on Monday, January 6th, 2025, from 9-11a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Harriets’ name may be made to the Mill Hall Fire Company, 9 Peale Ave. Mill Hall, Pa 17751.

The family would like to thank the loving and caring staff at Haven Skilled, who loved her like family, and whom she loved dearly.
