Fisher and St Clair Advance to District 6 Championship

HOLLIDAYSBURG -Central Mountain golfers Stevan Fisher and Zach St Clair have advanced to the District 6 3A sectional championship after their performances at Sinking Valley Country Club on Tuesday. The top 10 individuals and ties, along with the top two teams, earned spots in the District 6 Championship, which will take place on Tuesday, October 1st at Scotch Valley Country Club.

Stevan Fisher led Central Mountain with a strong finish, placing 5th with a score of 80, while Zach St Clair secured his spot by tying for 9th place with a score of 82. Leading the field were State College’s Luke McGraw and Hollidaysburg’s Issach Miller, both shooting an impressive 73.

Fisher and St Clair will now prepare to compete for a chance to advance further in the championship tournament.
