LOCK HAVEN — YMCA Pre-School bunnies descended on the Thursday Clinton County Commissioners’ meeting, the three-and-four year olds delighting the commissioners with a brief rendition of Peter Cottontail. They also provided meeting attendees with M & Ms. Meanwhile the weatherman is promising, after some short-term rain later today and tomorrow, sunshine for Easter Sunday with a high approaching 60 degrees.
