Central Mountain Golf Takes 3rd Place at Scotch Valley Country Club
HOLLIDAYSBURG-Central Mountain Golf traveled to Scotch Valley Country Club for a non league match Wednesday afternoon. With some windy conditions and tough golf course, CM came out placing third competing against Hollidaysburg, West Shamokin, and St Joseph’s.
The medalist of the match was St Joseph’s Madison Koshko with an impressive score of 68, four under par. Next best score was a 1 under par by West Shamokin’s Alex Talmadge. Central Mountain’s top score was a 79 shot by Evan Walker.
Coach John Lodek said, “This day was a good experience for the CM golfers as the next time they hope to play at Scotch Valley would be during districts.”
