Keystone Central School District Receives Donation of ‘Stop the Bleed’ Medical Stations from Susquehanna Health Foundation
MILL HALL-Keystone Central School District Police and Security Services recently received a donation of eight ‘Stop the Bleed’ medical stations. This donation was arranged by Mark Trueman, Senior Manager of Prehospital Operations & Deputy Chief at UPMC Susquehanna Regional EMS.
The Bleeding Control Kits are designed to equip bystanders and initial first responders with essential medical tools for managing life-threatening bleeding. Each station includes individual bleeding control kits, tourniquets, pressure dressings, gauze, wound packing materials, and quick litters for transporting injured individuals.
Keystone Central School District expressed their gratitude for the generous donations from the Susquehanna Health Foundation.
