Lock Haven Moose Lodge: Funding Safety and Supporting Community Initiatives

Moose International and the Lock Haven Moose Lodge are campaigning to highlight the good that the Fraternity has provided to local communities for the past 100+ years.

In keeping with this vision our local lodge has partnered with the Clinton County Recreation Authority and Belles Springs Golf course to help fund the safety railing on the newly constructed pavilion. This amazing new amenity has been a joint effort of many volunteers and the Pennsylvania College of Technology construction trades class.

A necessary finishing touch to this project is the installation of a safety railing along 3 sides to protect the patrons while enjoying their time socializing.

In addition to this donation the members and officers have also provided funding to assist several local wrestlers compete in advanced summer tournaments. Other contributions awarded this year include: Central Mountain Youth Cheer, Wounded Warrior clay shoot (student Sr. Project), Clinton County Camp Cadet, Cross Forks kids fishing derby, Horses of Hope, The Clinton County Fair (kiddies pedal pull), Flemington & Long Run Little League, Clinton Lanes youth bowling, Keystone Central Students Skills Competition, Lock Haven Catholic School reading competition, Porter Twp. Heritage Days activities.
