Obituary – Pamela Renee (Craig) Whitehill
Pamela Renee (Craig) Whitehill, 49, of Lamar, PA, passed from this life into eternal rest on March 17, 2024. Born on November 1, 1974, in Ithaca, New York, to the late Thomas M. Craig and Sherry (Miller) Craig. Pamela was a woman of steadfast love and enduring strength during her battle of ovarian cancer for three and a half years.
Pam was a 1993 graduate of Bellefonte Area High School. She was co-owner of Murmac Farms LLC with her mother and brother.
On November 12, 2005, Pam married her true love, Kevin, who survives her at home.
Pam’s life was a testament to her compassionate nature and unwavering resolve. She was a beacon of kindness and selflessness, always placing the needs of others above her own. Her character was defined by her commitment to her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in her spouse, Kevin Whitehill; her children, Payton and Alexis Whitehill; her stepdaughter, Cambrea Styers; and her granddaughter, Adria Styers. Pam is also survived by her mother, Sherry Craig; her brothers Tommy (Chanae) Craig of Sweet Home, OR and Brian (Ana) Craig of State College, PA, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and her grandmother, LaNelle Miller.
Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents, Thomas R. and Irene Craig, her maternal grandfather, Walter Miller, as well as Pam’s devoted dog, Carley
Pam’s love for her family extended to supporting her children in their extracurricular activities. She found joy in cruises and adventures with her loved ones.
The family invites you to remember Pam as the extraordinary woman she was—full of grace, warmth, and an unending capacity for love. Her memory will be cherished and honored through the lives of those she touched. May she rest in peace, knowing that her spirit continues to guide and inspire.
In keeping with Pam’s request, a celebration of Pam’s life will be held at a later date, organized at the convenience of the family.
