Eight Field Hockey student-athletes named to NFHCA National Academic Squad
MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – Today (Feb. 14) the Lock Haven field hockey team saw eight of its student-athletes earn National Field Hockey Association (NFHA) Division I National Academic Squad.
Kelsey Felix (Hallam, Pa./Eastern York), Hayden Herbold (East Aurora, N.Y./Iroquois), Brooke Hofsass (Hershey, Pa./Lower Dauphin), Alexis Kern (Harrisburg, Pa./Susquehanna Twp.), Lauren Mullery (Nanticoke, Pa./Holy Redeemer), Kendall Siegle (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West), Paula Sigley (York, Pa./York Suburban), Sasha Wellborn-Houston (Arlington, Texas/The Oakridge School) joined 968 other student-athletes from 79 Division I institutions for the 2023 season.
The NFHCA National Academic Squad honors exceptional undergraduate student-athletes that received a cumulative grade point average of a 3.5 or higher throughout the fall semester of the current academic year.
