Obituary – Linda L. (Delaney) Eggler

Linda L. (Delaney) Eggler, 76, of North Bend passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024, at her home.

Born March 22, 1947 in Renovo she was a daughter of the late Delmar E. & Margaret L. (Miller) Delaney.

Linda was married in Tamarack on June 29, 1974 to Joseph M. Eggler, Sr. He died September 9, 2010. They celebrated 36 years of marriage together.

She worked at the former Maxwell Furniture Store and Susque-View Home as a nurse aide. She was a 1966 graduate of Renovo High School.

Linda was a member of the North Bend United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Serena Marie Eggler, at home a step-son; Joe (Julie) Eggler, Jr. of North Carolina and a step-daughter; Jolene M. (Dean) Johnson of Quakertown. Three brothers; John (Juli) Delaney of Brookville, Terry (Mary) Delaney of Renovo and Donald Delaney of Pittsburgh.

Also surviving are three step grandchildren; Holli Johnson, Joshua Eggler and Joe Eggler also two step-great grandchildren Connor Johnson and Shepherd Eggler. Also surviving are 8 nieces, 7 great nephews and 1 great niece.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister Janice Cool and a step-mother Edna Delaney.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family with private interment at North Bend Cemetery.
