Closing Scheduled for Mills Park

RENOVO, PA – A closing has been scheduled for the Mills Park property in Renovo after years of the Clinton County Housing Authority having the former low income apartments for sale and other potential deals falling through.

Mayor Gene Bruno reported at Renovo’s December meeting that he has spoken to one of the investors. According to the likely future owner, minor upgrades and repairs will be made and then the apartments will be for rent on a public basis. The closing is scheduled for Friday.
