Work progressing on Weis Gas N’ Go

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Work was seen progressing Tuesday afternoon on the new Weis Gas N’ Go fueling station at the intersection of Commerce Street and Bellefonte Avenue.
Fencing has been up around the property since mid-March blocking off the area for the new station.
The Gas N’ Go received a green light from the Lock Haven Planning Commission in early April and since then work has crawled along, with the most notable changes appearing in groundwork recently completed before Thanksgiving.
Heavy equipment was seen on site this afternoon presumably burying large gasoline holding tanks underground.
The 3-pump gas station will feature 6 fueling locations, air pump station, and a small kiosk operated by one employee.
