Obituary – Debra Kay Loner (Rishel)

Debra Kay Loner (Rishel) passed away November 25 at 2:50pm. She joined her father Lester Loner Sr.at the pearly gates.

Debra leaves behind her mother Patricia Loner and two older brothers, Bruce (Barb) Loner and Lester (Patty) Loner both of Williamsport, the lights of her life her 4 children , Joshua (Marcie) Loner, Nicole Day (John Winkelman),Samantha Rishel (Jamie Shortledge],Hayes Rishel Jr. (Kendra Lynch) as well her beloved five grandchildren Bailey Winkelman, Adele Winkelman, John Winkelman IV, Nickolas Winkelman and Greyson Rishel.

She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Debra was always known for her strength and how her love knew no limits. She enjoyed music with her children and demo derbys, in her 62 years she always made sure to try and do the best thing for her children. She had a knack for finding those who needed help. As she would say do not cry that I am gone rather smile and laugh that I was here.
