LOCK HAVEN, PA– Lock Haven men’s basketball guard Justice Shoats (Wilkes-Barre, Pa./Holy Redeemer) was named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Defensive Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday afternoon (Nov. 20).
