Obituary
Kim Lim Croyle, 85, of Lock Haven, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 at the home of her daughter in Mill Hall.
Born December 21, 1937 in Korea, she was the daughter of the late Yeong Mo Kim and Mun Hui Kim. She was the youngest of six children.
Kim moved from Korea to the United States at the age of 21 and was employed as a seamstress for many years.
She was a past member of the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Morrisdale, PA and the Methodist Church of Winburne, PA.
Kim was a talented young athlete in Korea, competing in track and field through her high school years. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, origami, ping-pong, and entertaining her friends and family with her juggling skills and card tricks. Most of all, she was a fun and loving person who cared deeply for her family and especially adored her time spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by three daughters, Geri (Glenn) Stanza of Jacksonville, FL, Debra S. (Jim) Couturiaux of Mill Hall and Mary Lou “Minnow” (Tim) Stine of Green Cove Springs, FL; two step-children, George “Chip” Croyle of Winburne and Susie Weitoish of Morrisdale; seven grandchildren: Daniel, Kevin and Ryan Stanza, Jimmy, Briana and Kiley Couturiaux, and Isabelle Stine; six step-grandchildren: Heath and Clinton Quick, Nicole Good, and Joshua, Devin and Brandon Croyle; and two great-grandchildren, Mariah and Enya Stanza.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 7 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
Friends and family will be received on Friday from 6 P.M. until the start of the service.
