HYNER, PA – Owners Kate and Vinnie Kishbaugh Friday afternoon welcomed well-wishers to the celebratory weekend for their Good Neighbor Craft House, open in recent months at the base of Hyner Mountain.

A ribbon was cut and Kate Kishbaugh thanked those who turned out, stating it has been a community effort to bring the craft house to fruition. She said they “really appreciate” the community members for their support. She said the new business is the culmination of a life-long dream and this weekend is a “celebration of our collective hard work.”

She and husband Vinnie made a point to include their staff members in a series of photos during the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Mrs. Kishbaugh said their business will always feature Pennsylvania beer and spirits, as well as great food.

Celebratory weekend events, through Sunday, will include happy hour features until 6 p.m., complimentary cake, prizes with a Sunday drawing, evening live music and drink and food features.

Multiple elected officials from the area attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The craft house official address is 9650 Renovo Road, North Bend, PA.
