Lock Haven police arrest city man and charge him with November, 2019 sexual assault
LOCK HAVEN, PA – City police Monday reported the arrest of Devon Jarrett Bushor, 21, Lock Haven, on charges of rape, sexual assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of indecent assault.
Police said they received information in January from the victim who was not identified. She said the incident occurred from Nov. 1 to Nov. 2 in 2019 at 233 W. Church Street. She said she was intoxicated when she arrived there for a party, to the point of falling down stairs, unable to feel anything.
The victim said she was taken to a room in the house which was off limits to other party goers and was left alone with Bushor. She alleged to police that Bushor began kissing the victim then had sex with her and she was too intoxicated to give consent. Police said the victim found bruises on her arms from being held down by Bushor.
Following an investigation, Bushor was taken into custody on April 4 of this year, charged, with bail set at $100,000. He remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
