COVID testing site in Lock Haven extended through Dec. 29

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The walk-up COVID testing site in Lock Haven for the public will remain open through Dec. 29.

The site, the former Lock Haven High School gymnasium building on W. Main Street, part of Lock Haven University’s East Campus, had been scheduled to close this Saturday. The site will be open until Dec. 22, then re-open from Dec. 27-29. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The testing is available for those ages three and older. Visitors are encouraged to bring a photo-ID, but ID is not required to be tested. Registration will also be completed on-site.

The site can test up to 350 people per day on a first come, first served basis. The turn-around time for testing results is two to seven days.
