Information released on Tuesday death at Clinton County Correctional Facility

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The office of Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna on Thursday released word on a Tuesday inmate death at the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan.

The coroner’s office issued this release:

Mr. John M. McCullough, 48, of Lock Haven, was pronounced dead at UPMC Lock Haven Hospital after being transported via ambulance from the Clinton County Correctional Facility on the morning of October 26, 2021. Mr. McCullough’s manner of death has been ruled as suicide by Clinton County Coroner, Zach Hanna. Out of respect to Mr. McCullough’s family, cause of death will remain private at this time.
