Welcome to Flaming Foliage Festival #72!

fff-parade

RENOVO – Preparations have been completed and western Clinton County is decked out to host the 72nd annual Flaming Foliage Festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday of this week. Thousands are expected to descend on Renovo for the celebration of the fall season.

The festival committee is elated to have visitors back in Renovo after COVID-19 forced cancellation of last year’s event. Be aware that the virus has necessitated some changes in this weekend’s schedule. The queens’ events have been compressed to one day, Saturday, culminating in the new Queen’s Coronation on Saturday night at Bucktail High School beginning at 7 p.m. The longtime festival staple, the much anticipated parade, will kick off at its usual 1:45 p.m. time on Saturday. Both Friday and Sunday (plus Saturday too) will be devoted to the annual art and craft show at the Flaming Foliage lot along Huron Avenue.

Once again this year therecord-online will provide live audio/video parade streaming from adjacent to the judges’ stand on Huron Avenue. Please check Section B of this Record issue for full festival details.
