Saturday Inca Band concert a go at Riverview Park
LOCKPORT, PA – The Lock Haven Jaycees stage is in place and Lock Haven’s final Corman Amphitheater summer concert has been salvaged. The Inca Band from Philadelphia will be performing Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at Riverview Park. The city had to find another location after recent rains pushed the Susquehanna River onto the walkway fronting the floating stage on the Lock Haven side of the river.
The city turned to Woodward Township for its use of Riverview Park, the township said yes and the concert will kick-off per original schedule Saturday at 6:30 but at a different venue.
Led by Edgardo Cintron, this group of excellent seasoned musicians pays honor to one of the most influential guitarists the music industry and world has ever known, Carlos Santana.
Starting 40 years ago in Woodstock and 8 Grammy’s later Carlos Santana has placed Latin rock, Latin funk and Latin jazz on the forefront of the music industry. The band was well received in its appearance last August as part of Lock Haven JAMS.
