5k Run Slated for Oct. 5

SOUTH RENOVO – Maria Morgan, a senior at Bucktail Area High School will be hosting a 5K Run for Veterans splashed with color throughout the run on October 5 to benefit all local veterans in Clinton County as part of her senior project. The 3.1 mile loop around the surrounding area will be located at Stelly’s Pond behind the Bucktail Medical Center in South Renovo starting at 1 p.m.

Immediately following the run, there will be a picnic for all veterans, participants, families, and friends to enjoy.

Registration Fee will be $25.00 per person or $100.00 for a five person team.

Each team is encouraged to come up with a team theme and name. Registration will include a t-shirt, pack of powder and the picnic. Registration deadline is September 25 to lock in availability of t-shirt. Participants will be accepted after the 25, but the t-shirt will not be provided ($15.00 for registration after September 25). Please make checks for registration payable to Bucktail Booster Club and you can either mail or drop them off at 453 Pennsylvania Avenue Renovo, PA 17764.
